Built by and in collaboration with educators, RealmSafe is tailored to our customer’s unique needs. To understand our customers and tailor their solutions our RealmSafe team has spent time within the school EHS environment.

The home page within RealmSafe provides displayed newsletters for important updates such as heat, storm or event information. Standard capability includes newsletter management, distribution, and notification acknowledgement.

Managing internal or external audits, keeping track of action items, generating work requests, and other important processes are all standard within this module. The audit process is aided with communication messaging and push notifications.

Safety and accident notifications area easily created, categorized, tracked, and approved. Capability includes creating corrective actions and reassigning duties as needed. Notifications are indexed, alarmed, and corrective work tasks implemented within one system. These corrective work tasks can be tied to specific regulatory requirements and guidelines. This process is aided with communication messaging and push notifications.

Regulatory requirements and recommendations are built directly into the software and applied to the work process. Administrative requirements include local, state and federal guidelines. These regulatory requirements are updated continuously allowing our customers to focus their time on more important items.

All events from notifications, EHS work tasks, preventative, and corrective actions are stored. With a complete historical paper trail, districts can easily demonstrate compliance and work history. A paper trail includes files, photos, video and internal messaging.

Safety meetings are critical and often required. The RealmSafe safety meeting module provides a full set of features from individual meeting attendees and meeting minutes to action plans and “to do” items. The meeting management process is aided with communication messaging and push notifications.

The general committee management includes the same features as safety meetings. The committee meeting module provides messaging, push notifications, tracking action items, scheduling activity, and other key functions.

RealmSafe provides a full featured management platform for capturing and reporting safety drill, exercises, and any user defined practice event. The user defined dashboard provides quick reporting documentation, PDF, and email capability.

The emergency response module provides quick access to critical information during an emergency. Like other modules, this module is user defined. Quick access can be documents, instructions for emergency gas, water and electrical shutoff locations. Storm, fire and environmental emergency management are all accessible quickly from a mobile device.

Within RealmSafe is a complete permit management module, allowing scheduling, notifications and assignments. The module provides messaging, action to-do activity and other critical management capabilities.

Within the history module, all major events can be stored with their corresponding incident notifications, work request, work orders, action follow-up activity, and many more critical components. The module provides search and filter functionality, allowing users to quickly navigate to any past event and the event’s full documentation.

Site Awareness is a digital storage section providing easy access for company-wide or site-specific documentation. Site Awareness is specifically designed to replace the traditional 3 ring binder with enhanced capabilities. Site Awareness allows grouping of documents such as PDF and media. Acknowledgement reminders, push notifications and email distributions are all available.

Events such as security camera / system upgrades, fire protection and other multi-task projects can be managed with the project module. This module is a full featured suite with capabilities including budgeting, contractor, resource, work order and time and expense management. Other items include Gantt and calendar view, stage and task approvals, and user defined dashboards.

RealmSafe provides a full featured eLearning module, all within the same platform. Combining eLearning provides users a streamlined experience. Users can have just one portal to view their eLearning classes, view company newsletters, and enter incident notifications, work requests and site awareness documentation such as company policies.

The work request module provides users quick access for request. Request can be categories as environmental health and safety (EHS) and or standard maintenance work. Access to the module is user defined within RealmSafe. The module can provide automated work request into third party software, such as existing maintenance software with the optional RealmSafe – REST API.

RealmSafe includes a maintenance management module for creating and managing work orders. Capability includes assigned employee, hours, labor cost and scheduling Calander. Check-off list, tools and replacement parts capability are included.

Standard capability includes dynamic and animated user defined dashboards with real time data display. Users have full chart customization with pie, trend, bar, tile, line, list, polar, and doughnut charts. Other advanced features include filtering , user defined SQL capability along with date export into Excel, CSV and PDF. RealmSafe also provides full user defined access control for managing user data visualization.

The software provides an advanced scheduling capability for routine, recurring, and one-off work activity. This includes calendar view by user group, site or subject with drag and drop re-scheduling capability.

Software licensing provides unrestricted number of users and access levels. The approach for unrestricted users provides an unhampered approach to assigning access levels, simple cost structure, and generally a lower long term cost. With self-managed user control, RealmSafe provides CSV import and exporting along with creating user groups. Accessing modules can be tailored to specific groups of employees providing a simple elegant interface

RealmSafe is built with the latest Cloud architecture, offering multi factor authentication / two-step verification, and database integration with a Rest API. Capabilities include single sign-on (SSO), passwords protected with industry standard PBKDF2+SHA512 encryption, and SSL certificates using robust 2048-bit modulus with full SHA-2 certificates chains.

A critical and standard feature allows users full access for importing and exporting small to large data sets. File formatting includes CSV and XLS and PDF exports. Import / export and SQL user configured queries can be automated.

Going mobile? With RealmSafe customers can access the full functionality on tablets and mobile phones, from Apple iO and Android. The mobile browser application automatically scales each module based on the device.

Critical to any success is design elegance, the minimization and / or elimination for the need to provide training and user manuals. The easier the software is to use, the more intuitive the navigation, the greater the success. Design elegance is one of the top priorities for RealmSafe.
